Return Policy


**NO REFUNDS - EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS! 

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:


1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, stains, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Ms. Bling.

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

6. Vaners Kloset diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or stains, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

*Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
